Reflection

I had started off blogging on current affairs reluctantly. Though I have had a similar experience during my secondary school years, I have to admit that I never enjoyed blogging on the specific topics provided. It is different to blog on given topics as compared to blogging personally. There are restrictions to follow, such as the language used as well as the formalities. It might seem easy as it is not a new experience for me, however, I do realise that I find much more difficulties to blog this time round as I expect myself to give insights which are much more matured and sensible.

Frankly speaking, just to blog on certain topics, I took so long to generate my thoughts and ideas. At the same time, trying to avoid what has already been covered in the articles provided. As the weeks passed, this blogging task became my weekly routine, but I have to admit that I still procrastinated.

As I am not an avid reader of the newspapers, I barely know the updates on the world. Having to blog every week, I am forced to read the articles and give my insights on them. The entire blogging experience has certainly made me more knowledgeable on what has been happening around me for the past few weeks. This is obviously a very good opportunity for me to express my feelings, opinions and thoughts on the particular topic. It has made me think deeper and at a more matured level. So, thank you to Mr Pang for the experience! And, sorry if some of my blog posts had exceeded the time limit slightly.
